Welcome to Your Vote Week, run by the Electoral Commission, is an opportunity to discuss the importance of voting and democracy in our area and explore questions like ’what issues are important to you?’, ‘what are different levels of governance responsible for?’ and how could your vote make a change?’
The week takes place from Monday 9 March to Sunday 15 March 2026 and aims to help people understand how voting works and how they can get involved in democracy.
