Workshops FAQ
What do the Free Workshops cover?
Please see the attached 2026 free workshop calendar detailing all of the workshops in the series. Alternatively you can view the calendar on our website here. The 2026 series will cover sessions ranging from UCAT teaching, Personal Statement guidance, Interview practice, UCAS strategy, experience building through Medical School lectures, Medical ethics debates and much more.
When do they start?
The first session of the 2026 Free workshop series is on Thursday 19th March, 7-8PM on the topic of ‘An applicant's guide to getting into Medical School’. Sessions will occur fortnightly on Thursdays from 7-8PM and continue from March till November.
Who are they for?
Primarily for students in Year 12/ 5th Year. Other students are welcome to join if they are keen.
How does it work?
The sign up link here needs to be filled out by a student to then be added to our Free Workshop student list, we send out Zoom Meeting links prior to each session. At the end of the session, students who have attended the session are sent a certificate and the workshop recording for further review. All sessions are delivered by current NHS doctors or UK medical students.
Can I see reviews?
Absolutely, please just email us back and we will send you our reviews pack and we can cross reference our database to see if we have helped students from your school before.
How do I let my students know?
We have attached a flyer with a QR code for the sign up link as well as the 2026 free workshop calendar both of which can be shared to students.

Our team is made of NHS doctors and current UK medical schools covering schools including UCL in London and University of Glasgow in Scotland. Our mission is to bridge the gap of access to high quality information and support for getting into medical school which is a life changing event. Parent and Teacher workshops
We will be hosting a parents free workshop to introduce them to key stages in the medical school application journey, strategies for success and ways they can support their kids with the process. The sign up link can be found here.
